Last month, CustomXM had the unique honor of hosting the National Print & Sign Owners Association (NPSOA) Annual Conference — right here in North Little Rock. While this event has traditionally taken place in larger cities like San Antonio or New Orleans, 2025 marked the first time it was held in our hometown. And we were thrilled (and a little nervous) to show off everything Argenta has to offer.

Paul Strack has emceed the event for years, but this time was different — it was personal. For many attendees, this was their first trip to Arkansas. So, with the help of North Little Rock Tourism, the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel, and a fantastic crew of partners, we rolled out the red carpet for over 100 attendees and sponsors.

The week kicked off with a tour of the Innovation Hub, where guests got hands-on experience with woodworking, 3D printing, and even screen-printed their own tote bags. That same day, NPSOA launched its first-ever community service project, assembling housewarming kits for the future residents of Providence Park Village. Dozens of volunteers formed a human assembly line — it was equal parts heartwarming and humbling.

Thursday night’s welcome reception was a full-blown carnival — stilt walkers, jugglers, and all — thanks to Arkansas Circus Arts. Local musicians Cliff & Susan kept the party going with a high-energy performance that got everyone on their feet.

Friday morning began with a bang: a spirited welcome from the North Little Rock High School Cheer Team, the JROTC Color Guard, and a stunning rendition of the National Anthem by senior Zechariah Williams. Later, during a session update from Providence Park founder Errin Stanger, the NPSOA Board surprised her with a $40,000 donation. Cue the waterworks.

That evening, attendees let loose at Argenta Plaza with a public concert by The Big Dam Horns. Locals joined in for what turned into a lively community celebration.

Saturday brought more education — and a Razorback Hog Call lesson for our out-of-state guests. They may not have mastered it, but they sure had fun trying. The conference wrapped up with a relaxing evening at Faulkner Lake Orchard, complete with yard games, a great meal, and music by The Cons of Formant.

As our guests left, we couldn’t help but beam with pride. We’ve always known Arkansas is a hidden gem — and now, 125 new fans do too.
