A very big “Thank You” to Paul and everyone at CustomXM on going above and beyond in fulfilling an order for a last minute t-shirt request.A good friend we hike with has stage IV neuroendocrine cancer and one of her bucket list items was to get to the Grand Canyon. Our hiking group decided to try our best to see if we could get shirts made up in less than a week for the trip. I’ve known Paul for 20+ years and explained the situation. He asked for the artwork we wanted on the shirts, checked to see if the shirts were in stock and said he would make sure the t-shirts would be ready in time for our trip! Not only did CustomXM get them ready in time he brought them home so I could swing by and pick them up the night before we left. Our friend Karla was in tears after seeing the shirts that were made for our Grand Canyon Crew. She asked me to tell Paul and everyone involved in the project that words can’t express what the shirts mean to her and that it made the trip that much more special.
Michael and the team helped me out tremendously when we decided we wanted a last minute t shirt toss at our upcoming wedding! He made the process so easy even though we barely gave him anything to go off of, and the shirts arrived in plenty of time and looking stellar.
